Born in Houston, TX, Chris moved to Solon, OH early in his life. He attended school (K-12) in Solon, before going to Washington & Jefferson College, where he graduated with his BA in Psychology. During that time he met his wife, Kristine. After graduation, Chris attended Cleveland State University in pursuance of a MA in psychology, with an emphasis in clinical psychology. Shortly before graduating, Chris was accepted to Brigham Young University, where he worked with media and aggression researcher Dr. Bob Ridge and ultimately received his Ph.D. in Psychology, with an emphasis in applied social psychology.
Chris now works at DigiPen Institute of Technology, in Redmond, WA, where he teaches a variety of psychology courses and continues his research on media and aggression.
